All the above rates are subject to Local and State Taxes of 11%. Optional Pool & Spa heating is available at $30 per day. Please note that stays incur a cleaning charge of $160.
To secure a booking a deposit of $500 per week is required. Balance of rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security bond of $500. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the villa.
